Chubb Europe’s Zone Officer’s Accountability Council (ZOAC)

Each ZOAC programme ran for 12 months and involved five one-and-a-half day meetings between the delegates and the European CEO. The aim was both to expose those attending to strategic issues that the company was facing and to solicit their input.

Chubb Europe’s Senior Leadership Development Seminar (SLDS)

SLDS was a rigorous, externally-run programme that was tasked with nurturing future senior managers. It consisted of seven, four-day, off-site seminars, spread over fourteen months, supported by monthly coaching sessions. Focus was on all aspects leadership, strategy and personal development.
