The primary judging criteria are the delivery of definable and significant business benefits, innovation and originality of application, and project management issues, such as delivery on time and within budget.

The prestigious “Best Use of IT in Insurance” Award that was made to the EMIR Project recognises the most effective use of IT in improving business processes in the insurance sector. Chubb, in winning this award for the first time beat stiff competition from Aon UK, Abbey Insurance, CSF Group plc, Aon Limited, and Alea.
